- Banana face mask.
Why get a botox when you’ve got bananas! Yep, that’s right! Bananas can be used as a natural homemade face mask that boosts up moisture in your skin and makes it look smooth and softer. All you need to take is a medium-sized ripe banana. Mash it up until it turns into a smooth paste. Apply this mask all over your face and let it sit for 10 minutes. Wash your face off with cool water and wipe it with a towel. Apply this face mask 2-3 times in a week for more visible effects.
- Vinegar facial mask.
Using vinegar as a skin toner, dates back to very old days and is still very effective today for everyone. After you’ve washed your face; dilute 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in two cups of water in order to rinse your face for cleansing and skin tightening.
- Yogurt facial mask.
You don’t always have to rush to the spa for quick skin treatments. For a skin cleanse and to tighten your pores, just apply some yogurt on your face and let it sit for at least 20 minutes. If you are in search for more effective results, try adding orange juice of ¼ orange slice in a teaspoon of yogurt mixed with one teaspoon of aloe vera gel. Leave it on for a minimum time of five minutes and then wash it off.
- Lemon facial mask.
Lemon has always been the best solution for everyday skin care. As it helps to brighten up, exfoliate and moisturise the skin. Applying lemon directly can cause a reaction. But mixing it olive oil or sweet almond oil can give better results.
- Egg facial mask.
For a little more care and pampering, just grab an egg from the refrigerator. If you have dry skin, separate the yolk from the egg and only apply that. The egg white can be used for oily skin; mixed with some honey or lemon. And if you have a normal skin; utilize and apply the whole egg for at least 30 minutes and after that wash your face with cold water.
- Strawberry and yogurt face mask.
To make this refreshing mask, you need to take a handful of strawberries and 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Mash them up until it has a pasty texture. Apply it to your face for 10 minutes. Wash off with cool water. You’ll get a smooth and soft skin.
- Honey and oats facial mask.
For this effective mask, take 2/3 of instant oats and boil them in a half cup of water until the mixture thickens.
